We are seeking a Compliance & Information Governance Manager. This role can be based at any of our UHI North, West & Hebrides campuses. Home working withing the UHI NWH operative area/Inverness will be considered.

The Compliance and Information Governance Manager will lead the organisation's compliance and information governance functions, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining effective frameworks for data protection, records management, information security governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of accountability and best practice. Line managing staff and working with the Head of Performance and Planning to implement systems supporting policy and practice ensuring cohesive operations and reportage.
