As a Support Worker in our supported living settings in Winsford (CW7), you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals thrive with independence, dignity, and confidence.

What you’ll do

• Support life skills such as cooking, budgeting, or personal care

• Encourage participation in hobbies, social activities, or community outings

• Calmly respond to challenging behaviours and support positive choices

• Celebrate achievements and milestones, big or small
