About
Teesside University are looking to appoint an IT Technician who

Delivers excellent customer service
Can work with customers to meet their IT device needs from agreed supplier routes
Can demonstrate knowledge or experience of modern PC deployment and imaging technologies.
Has experience of managing the lifecycle of IT assets according to agreed standard and principles, from delivery and deployment to safe and secure disposal.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team within the university and combines all of the activities of IT asset lifecycles - device procurement, configuration, management and disposal. As such, you will be exposed to new technologies and help maintain and develop asset management policies and procedures essential to the smooth management of a fleet of hardware devices in a modern, forward-facing organisation.

Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post will not qualify for University sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
