What you'll do:

• Help with the daily hospitality requests

Set up, reset and prepare meeting rooms

Prepare, deliver and collect hospitality trolleys

Help with room changes and any last-minute requests

Make sure the hospitality areas, rooms and equipment are ready and looking well

Keep in touch with Hospitality Supervisor on requests so you can share the day-to-day workload

Help out with meetings and hospitality events during the day

What you'll bring:

• Previous hospitality experience is a bonus
• A full driver's licence

Flexibility to work at least three days a week and change their hours when needed

Good spoken and written English

A good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook would be a plus
