About

The Best Connection are working on behalf of our client based in Stockwell, South West London to recruit a Warehouse Operative to join their established team on a Monday to Friday basis.

We are seeking experienced and diligent Warehouse Operatives to join our client's team.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative will include but not be limited to

·

Using hand scanners to pick valuable and bulky items

·

Lifting heavy items

·

Helping to secure items as they are packed and stored

·

General housekeeping of the warehouse area

·

Helping to load outgoing delivery vehicles

·

Helping to offload and inspect incoming goods

Requirements of the Warehouse Operative

·

Ability to lift weights of up to 20KG independently and heavier as part of a team

·

Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team environment

·

Comfortable using and working with hand scanners

·

Ability to Travel to Stockwell, South West London Independently

·

Flexibility around working hours on a Monday to Friday basis

Hours of work

·

Will typically be 08:00-16:00 though Operating hours are 06:00-18:00 and flexibility is required within these hours

Rates of pay

·

£13.01 per hour worked
