As a Remarketing Specialist you will take ownership and responsibility for specific daily workloads and Department initiatives, offering guidance and technical support within the team and the wider business as required.

What you could be doing:

• Consistently deliver against Remarketing targets and service levels, anticipating workloads and recommending actions to the Team Leader; Deputise for Team Leader as required.
• Contribute towards the completion of all general Remarketing sales administration and vehicle record preparation.
• Provide support to Team Leaders in monitoring and managing Service Level Agreements (SLA's) with suppliers for services across all sales channels to drive optimum operational performance.
• Produce operational summaries for Remarketing Management from stock, sales, refurbishment and other relevant data - providing commentary as required.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all remarketing functions, taking active steps to keep up with key industry and process changes.
• Develop and maintain strong links and work cohesively with other departments, VW Group and Business Development Managers to ensure delivery of key objectives and used car repatriation initiatives.

What can you bring with you?

• Commercial experience within the automotive/financial service industry, preferably in Remarketing
• An awareness of the VWFS (UK) Ltd product portfolio
• Detailed understanding of the end-to-end de-fleet, pricing and remarketing processes
• Detailed understanding of the 1 Link Disposal Network System and internal/external feeds
• High attention to detail, quality, consistency and accuracy
• Full PC literacy essential, including MS Tools and SAP FI
