- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for learners aged 16+ with significant additional needs.
- Support pre-entry learners working towards personalised learning goals and early developmental outcomes.
- Engage and motivate young people who are NEET or have faced barriers to education.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of SEND, communication, sensory and behavioural needs.

- Maintain a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Has experience teaching learners with SEND in a special school, specialist college or FE setting.

- Can engage and motivate learners with diverse needs and barriers to learning.
- Has a flexible, patient and creative approach to teaching.
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or an equivalent relevant teaching qualification, or has suitable relevant experience where accepted by the college.
Experience with autism, PMLD, SLD, communication difficulties, sensory needs or other complex needs would be highly beneficial.
- Make a meaningful difference to young people aged 16+.
- Work within a supportive FE college environment.
- Gain experience supporting learners with diverse and complex needs.
- Take on a rewarding temporary opportunity with the potential to make an immediate impact.
