Registered Manager - Residential Care

Location: Sittingbourne, Kent

Salary: £46,000 - £56,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are recruiting an experienced

Registered Manager to oversee two established residential homes supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and mental health conditions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader to manage established teams, maintain high standards of care and drive service improvements.

The Role

Oversee the day-to-day management of two neighbouring residential homes.

Lead, motivate and develop staff teams.

Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements.

Maintain high standards of person-centred care and drive continuous improvement.

The Candidate

Previous Registered Manager experience within residential care, ideally supporting adults with learning disabilities.

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and complex care needs.

Excellent leadership, communication and people-management skills.

Level 5 management qualification (or willingness to work towards one) and a full UK driving licence.

The Package

£46,000 - £56,000 salary

28 days' annual leave and paid sick leave
