About

Maid2Clean is looking for someone to work part time to conduct between 1 & 4 interviews per month.

Successful applicants will interview local cleaning staff in the cleaners’ homes and send completed agency paperwork to Maid2Clean prior to them being allocated with domestic cleaning clients.

The role will involve:

Arrangement of interviews and inform recruitment manager of this time and date

Completing and verifying registration form at cleaners’ premises

Going through interview checklist/cleaner handbook with cleaner

Taking photo of 2 proofs of address document and picture ID

Taking photo of cleaner

Uploading all documents, proof of address x 2, photo ID and Right to work check to recruitment manager in a timely manner.

The role also involves posting of recruitment postcards in various locations within an agreed area. The cost of placing recruitment postcards can be added to each month’s invoice by separate agreement.

Successful applicants must have a car, be very smart, articulate & presentable and have good written & verbal communication skills. Applicants must have a computer and digital camera. Each completed interview should take 60 minutes (30 minutes interview plus 10 minutes travel time each way with 10 minutes computer admin) totaling 1 hour. Rate of pay £15.00 per interview Most interviews will be within a 10 mile radius of your home. If outside of this radius petrol allowance will be paid at 42ppm.
