What you'll bring We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You'll bring: Experience of delivering digital, systems or service improvements in a complex organisational environment. Experience of gathering user requirements and translating them into practical, deliverable solutions. The ability to analyse information, identify opportunities and make evidence-based recommendations. Experience of working with digital, technical or data teams to develop and implement improvements. Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and dependencies. Confidence in communicating complex information to a range of audiences and influencing without direct authority. Experience of using data, reporting and performance information to support decision-making and continuous improvement. A collaborative, curious and proactive approach, with a genuine passion for making services work better for users.
