Job Title: Branch Manager

Salary: £30,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our branch. This role requires a strong leader who can manage staff, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.

- Manage staffing, including recruitment, training and scheduling.

- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role (preferably in a branch, retail, banking, or service environment).

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Good organisational skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- You must hold a valid UK Driving Licence.

- Proven experience as a Branch Manager.

Working Hours and Job Location

The working hours for this role are 36.75 hours a week.

Monday to Thursday 8.15am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.15am - 1.00pm
