We have an exciting opportunity to join LBS as a Business Development Manager for our Civils division in Ammanford.

We are looking for someone that:

• Has a track record of success in a Sales role.
• Is committed to delivering and maintaining outstanding customer service.
• Has excellent communication skills and is a motivated self starter.
• Is target-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist the Senior Leadership Team of the company in future vision and strategy for new business for both short-, medium- and long-term business opportunities.
• Is passionate & knowledgeable about the civils & building industry.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4.30pm.
