Junior Food Technologist
Commutable from Weymouth, Bridport, Dorchester, Wareham, Poole

The position could suit a
Food Technology, Food Science or Nutrition graduate with some industry experience and a genuine interest in food manufacturing to join our busy Technical, Quality and NPD teams.
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable factory experience while supporting
product quality, food safety, compliance and new product development.
Junior Food Technologist What you’ll do
• Support Quality, Product and NPD activities across the factory
• Draft and maintain
product specifications and declarations
• Check
artwork and labelling for accuracy and compliance
• Work with
suppliers, customers and internal teams
• Support continuous improvement and food safety standards
• Gain practical experience of a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
Junior Food Technologist Skills / Experience Required:
• Degree/qualification in
Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition or similar
• Some relevant work experience, placement or industry exposure
• Good knowledge of food technology and nutrition
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
