£55 per sleep-in

Permanent | Full-Time (36 or 48 Hours)

12-Hour Shifts

We're looking for caring and resilient

Residential Support Workers to support children and young people aged

7-18 with complex needs, including emotional and behavioural difficulties and learning disabilities.

In this rewarding role, you'll help create a safe, nurturing home environment, support daily routines, encourage independence, manage behaviours positively, and help young people develop the skills and confidence needed to achieve positive outcomes.
