About
This is an exciting opportunity to join the University of Staffordshire’s Quality Assurance and Enhancement team as a Quality Administrator.

In this role you will provide administrative support for the activities of the Quality Assurance and Enhancement team. You will administer the external examiner system; provide administrative support for meetings and events; contribute to the maintenance of the University’s quality assurance records; and act as a first point of contact for team queries.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing comprehensive administrative support to a function, including accurate record keeping, producing high quality documentation and delivering excellent customer service. Excellent IT, organisation and problem solving skills are essential for this role.
