Foundry Operative
Location: Droitwich
Pay: £14.49 – £15.28 per hour
Shifts: Rotating Double Days

• Early Shift: Mon–Thurs 5:45am–1:45pm, Fri 5:45am–11:45am
• Late Shift: Mon–Thurs 2:00pm–10:00pm, Fri 12:00pm–7:05pm

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Foundry Operatives to join a well-established and respected manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a skilled team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating foundry machinery and equipment
• Assisting with casting, moulding, and metalwork processes
• Following health & safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment (preferred)
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a hot, heavy-duty environment
