The Person:

• Availability to work various shifts including weekends

 

The Role:

• Contribute to the creating of menu ideas and new and innovative dishes

Assist the Head Chef / Sous Chef with the daily operations of the kitchen department

• Work closely with all team members in the Kitchen Department to ensure a smooth service is provided to guests

Prepare and present dishes to high standards and presentation

Train, mentor and support Commis Chefs and junior team members
