We are looking to appoint a qualified and experienced individual for the role of Plasterer in our new Damp and Mould team. Our properties are located throughout the North-East.

About the role

We are looking for a Plasterer to assist Karbon Homes in delivering an excellent repairs and maintenance service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement.

We have a vacancy within our Property Services Team due to the formation of a new Damp and Mould team.

About you

We are looking for a Plasterer to assist Karbon Homes in delivering an excellent repairs and maintenance service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement.

You should have completed a recognised plastering trade apprenticeship or have equivalent relevant experience. Possessing all the skills necessary to deliver all aspects of plastering from minor repairs to large scale works to a high standard in occupied, void, domestic and non-domestic premises.

You should also hold relevant qualifications and have experience and practical knowledge of carrying out multi-skilled works in other trades such as Damp Proofing, Brickwork, Paving and Tiling works.

Customer service skills are also essential for this role as is excellent knowledge of health and safety.

A full UK driving license is essential.

- Salary is £32,340 per annum (pending pay review)

- Location: North East.

- 37 Hours per week
