The appointee will become a key member of a dedicated and highly experienced multidisciplinary team. The Leeds Adult CF Unit cover a large geographical area across all of the West, North & East Yorkshire out to the North Sea coast. The Leeds bronchiectasis service was set up in 1998 & provides secondary & tertiary care living in Leeds & West Yorkshire region. The job is a full-time post comprising of ten programmed activities, with supervision of the resident doctors and specialist nurses. There will also be an on-call commitment to cover the Cystic Fibrosis rota on a 1:4 basis and contribute 1.2PA to work flexibly to support General Internal Medicine.
