Year 4 Teaching Assistant

The role:

• Supporting teaching and learning within a Year 4 class
• Working with individual pupils, small groups, and occasionally the whole class
• Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Promoting pupil confidence, engagement, and progress

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working with primary-aged children
• Be confident supporting learning within Key Stage 2
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be patient, proactive, and adaptable
• Work effectively as part of a wider school team
• Be committed to helping every child achieve their full potential
