Clacket Lane Motorway Services on the M25 near Bromley has an exciting opportunity for a Assistant Manager to join lead our Leon
team.

As a Assistant Restaurant Manager you will lead our winning team and ensure all of our customers have a great experience and
receive amazing food the Leon way. You will have the responsibility for delivering excellent customer service and driving
operational standards. To do this you will receive excellent on-job training, coaching and support to deliver the role to the
highest standards. Training will include all aspects of operational delivery, people practises and legislative training to ensure
the highest standards of health and food safety are adhered to at all times.




In return, you will receive a competitive salary £25,500 and many other great benefits.

Your responsibilities as a Assistant Restaurant Manager will include:




* Ensure your team serve our customers in a timely manner, providing excellent service and exceeding customer expectations
* Lead by example, making drinks and delivering food to brand standards - perfect in every way!
* Providing effective communication, motivating the team while providing them with regular feedback
* Ensure all service and KPI targets are achieved




Experience:




* We would love you to have Restaurant Manager experience in a high volume catering environment
* Have a real will do attitude
* Strong communication skills
* Passion for developing a team
* Confidence in dealing with customers and/or employee queries
