Key Responsibilities: Under the guidance of the Restaurant & Bar Manager the successful candidate will

Assist in Planning and Strategy: Support the Restaurant & Bar Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers and enhance the dining experience

Daily Operations Management: Coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service

Customer Service: Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction by responding efficiently to customer complaints and feedback

Staff Supervision: Organize and supervise shifts, appraise staff performance, and provide feedback to improve productivity

Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

Cost Control: Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

Brand Promotion: Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events

Training: Train new and current employees on proper customer service practice.
