Warehouse Operative - Northampton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work with a leading sports retailer in Northampton. This role is essential for supporting the smooth flow of products through the logistics operation, ensuring customers receive their orders efficiently.

Shift Patterns:

* Fixed rotating shifts, any 5 days out of 7 including weekends

* Availability to work 40 hours per week

Pay Rates:

* 12.71 GBP hourly

Requirements for Warehouse Operative:

* Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

* Ability to work rotating shifts (AM and PM)

* Good attention to detail and accuracy

* Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team

* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

* PPT or LLOP experience required

* Long-term availability, as the job is temp-to-perm

Skills and Qualifications for Warehouse Operative:
