Timetable: Monday to Friday 11:00am - 20:00 or 12:00pm - 21:00 - to be confirmed

About the role...

Responsible for ensuring that the day to day Customer activities are completed.

Ensuring that all internal and external visitors to the station are handled in the appropriate manner.

Always operate in a customer focused manner, ensuring that the standards of the company are upheld.

This role is diverse requiring a high level of attention to detail and exceptional problem- solving skills.

You must be an excellent communicator and team player with the ability to build up effective relationships in order to deliver great service quality and enhance their customer experience.

Previous logistics experience preferred.

Well organised and have attention to detail.

Self-motivated with a can do attitude.

Able to function in a fast paced environment.

Able to use own initiative and be a team player.

Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

IT literate.
