Job Description

Concept Resources are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable School Cleaner to work at a secondary school in Hucknall.

This is a part-time temporary position providing long-term sickness cover, working 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the school, including classrooms, offices, corridors and toilet facilities.

There are two shift options available, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking for part-time work around other commitments.

Key Responsibilities

General cleaning of classrooms and teaching areas.

Cleaning school offices and administrative areas.

Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washrooms.

Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors.

Sweeping and cleaning corridors and communal areas.

Dusting desks, furniture and other surfaces.

Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.

Sanitising high-contact surfaces, including door handles and worktops.

Replenishing toilet rolls, hand towels and soap.

Ensuring all areas are left clean, hygienic and ready for use.

Following school safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
