Library and Digital Resources Facilitator
Langside Campus
35 hours per week, Fixed Term to June 2026

Are you a customer focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills? We are currently seeking a motivated Library and Digital Resources Facilitator at our Langside Campus.

Responsibilities:
• Provide the delivery of a high-quality library, information and learning hub service
• Deliver learning and digital technology services and resources
• Support library users with subject enquiries, use of library services including software and equipment to ensure a professional service is offered
• Provide digital support to learners and develop appropriate resources to support learners
• Deliver desk duties to ensure a professional and effective customer focused service to the satisfaction of all users

Requirements:
• SCQF level 7 relevant qualification (HNC or equivalent) or relevant experience in a similar role
• A good understanding of the use ICT and support materials to support learners and learning and teaching
• Ability to work methodically and accurately, with proven organisational skills
