We are opening a brand new, state of the art family entertainment centre at Queensgate Shopping Centre in December 2026. To build our phenomenal Peterborough team, we will be holding a Recruitment Event on 11 November 2026.
We're looking for dynamic Customer Service Assistants who love creating smiles and delivering great experiences.
Got experience working behind a bar, in a busy commercial kitchen, or in customer service? Great!
No specific experience? That’s okay too! If you're positive, chatty, energetic and enjoy working with people, we'd love to meet you.

The Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be cross-skilled across all areas of our venue, so no two days will be the same.
You'll welcome customers, manage bookings and enquiries, host parties, prepare food, serve drinks, operate our entertainment experiences and help keep the venue clean, safe and welcoming.
We're looking for people who are friendly, confident, approachable and willing to get stuck in. You don't need experience in every area — we'll provide the training and support you need.

Skills you Need
- Full of determination, enthusiasm, and be able to work in fast-paced environment
- Embrace a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude, coupled with a drive to achieve excellence.
