You will work closely with colleagues across the multidisciplinary team, contribute to patient flow and support a strong culture of clinical governance, learning and continuous improvement. We are looking for an experienced and confident practitioner who can balance autonomous clinical decision making with collaborative multidisciplinary working in a busy urgent care environment. Most importantly, you will be someone who puts patients first, works well with others and is committed to delivering safe, responsive and compassionate urgent care. What We Offer Annual Leave: 25 days plus Bank Holidays, pro rata, increasing with length of service, plus an extra day of leave awarded for every year of service. NHS Pension Work-Life Balance: A supportive working environment alongside enhanced Maternity; Paternity and Adoption Pay. Health and Benefits: 24/7 confidential mental health support via Health Assured EAP, Eye Care vouchers, Cycle to Work scheme and OMG's Refer a Friend cash bonus scheme.
