FIRE DOOR JOINER
Location: Leicester
Rate: £220-£230 DOE

Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30 / 8 hours paid
Duration:
CSCS: Required
Start Date: 28 September, 2026
We are currently looking for experienced
Fire Door Joiners to work on a construction project.
Duties include:
•
Installing fire doors and door sets
•
Hanging doors and fitting frames
•
Installing hinges, handles, closers and other ironmongery
•
Installing intumescent strips and smoke seals
•
Adjusting and repairing fire doors
•
Ensuring doors are correctly fitted and operate properly
•
Working from drawings and specifications
•
Completing remedial and snagging works
•
Recording completed works where required
Requirements:
•
Valid CSCS Card
•
Proven fire door installation experience
•
Good knowledge of fire door components and installation
•
Able to work accurately and independently
•
2 checkable references
•
Good understanding of site health & safety
