Pay: £40 per hour umbrella assignment rate

Working days: Monday to Friday

Morgan Hunt is recruiting a

SEND Lecturer to join a further education college in North West London, supporting students with learning disabilities to develop their confidence, independence and essential skills.

This is an opportunity for a passionate lecturer who enjoys adapting their teaching to individual needs and helping learners work towards meaningful outcomes.

The role

Teach independent living skills, employability, and Entry Level English and maths.

Act as a personal tutor, supporting learners' development and progress.

Plan and deliver structured, engaging lessons tailored to different learning needs.

Monitor progress and adapt teaching approaches to help students achieve their goals.

Work closely with colleagues to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

What we're looking for

Previous experience teaching students with SEND, ideally within further education.

A recognised teaching qualification.

The ability to differentiate lessons for learners with a range of needs.

A patient, adaptable approach and strong communication skills.

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.

An Enhanced DBS and willingness to complete the required compliance checks.

Pay information

The

£40 per hour umbrella assignment rate includes employment costs and is not your take-home pay. PAYE is also available at

£30.65 per hour, plus £3.70 holiday pay, totalling

£34.35 per hour before deductions.
