Newton Abbot | £12.83 per hour | 9am - 5pm | 5 days out of 7, including Saturdays | Temporary | Full training provided within a modern business environment. Convenient location with good public transport links and on-site parking available.

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Customer Service / Call Centre Online Chat Advisor to join a busy team in Newton Abbot. This Customer Service / Call Centre Online Chat Advisor role involves supporting customers with a wide range of enquiries through online chat, telephone and email. The successful Customer Service / Call Centre Online Chat Advisor will work as part of a supportive team focused on delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Duties

• Responding to customer enquiries via online chat and other communication channels.
• Handling customer queries, resolving issues and dealing with complaints professionally.
• Delivering excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful approach.
• Using IT systems to record information and manage customer requests.
• Working as part of a supportive team to ensure a great customer experience.

Requirements

• Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Telephone experience.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Confidence handling a variety of customer enquiries, including complaints.
• Flexibility to work 5 days out of 7, including every Saturday.
