About

Job Title: Customer Service Assistant 

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £26,251.43 per annum (pro rata) 

Working Hours: 23.3 hours per week 

Working Pattern: Working a 3-week rolling rota of 5.5hr shifts, incl weekends 9-5 and bank hols.

Location: Cecil Gardens, Hull

The difference you will make as a Customer Service Assistant 

You will be responsible for providing a professional, customer-focused reception service within one of Riverside’s extra care facilities, handling all enquiries and welcoming customers and visitors in a busy, modern housing environment. 

About you 

We are looking for someone with: 

• Experience of working within a housing or support environment 

• Good communication and conflict resolution skills 

• Organisational skills 

• Experience working with vulnerable customers
