Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant, ideally with a TA or equivalent qualification.

Team-Teach or Price certification (essential for handling high-anxiety and challenging behaviours safely and confidently).

Trauma-Informed Expertise: Direct experience supporting children with SEMH and developmental trauma, helping them work towards EHCP outcomes.
•
â¤ï¸
The Right Temperament: Unshakeable composure, clear boundaries, and a genuine belief that "behaviour is communication."
