About

We are currently seeking a

confident, enthusiastic, and organised Customer Service/ Administrator to join our team at our boutique in Watford.

Our boutique offers a carefully curated selection of

latex and PVC clothing, alongside a range of

adult way of life products. We are looking for someone who is professional, personable, and comfortable working in this unique retail environment.

This is a varied role combining customer service, administrative duties, and occasional support on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will be proactive, approachable, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of customer care.

Customer Service Administrator Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries.
• Managing customer and client emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Providing helpful, friendly, and efficient customer service.
• Handling general administrative duties and providing day-to-day office support.
• Assisting customers on the shop floor when required.
• Supporting the smooth running of daily shop operations.
• Helping maintain a welcoming, organised, and professional retail environment.

Customer Service Administrator What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A confident and professional approach to customer interactions.
• Comfortable working within an adult retail environment.
• A creative mindset with an eye for product presentation and customer experience.
• The ability to carry out multiple tasks, use initiative, and work effectively in a busy environment.
• A flexible, hands-on approach and a positive attitude.

Customer Service Administrator Position Details:

Location: Watford

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30-18:30

Pay: £13.00 per hour
