Do you enjoy talking to customers, solving problems and helping them find the products they need?

We're looking for a friendly and reliable Trade Counter Assistant to join our team at Bow. You'll be helping customers find the right products, processing orders, and giving customers and suppliers a warm welcome at our Trade Counter.

This is a varied role where you'll spend time serving customers, handling enquiries, supporting warehouse activities and helping to grow sales by building strong customer relationships.

What you'll be doing

- Serving customers in person and over the phone.

- Helping customers find the right products for their needs.

- Promoting products, offers and sales opportunities.

- Processing orders, enquiries and quotations accurately.

- Building relationships with new and existing customers.

- Supporting with deliveries, warehouse duties and branch administration.

- Handling customer queries and helping to resolve any issues.

- Supporting the branch team with day-to-day tasks.

What we're looking for

1. Experience in a customer service, sales, retail or trade counter role.

2. Friendly and confident communication skills.

3. A positive, customer-focused attitude.

4. Comfortable using computers and handling basic administration.

5. Good organisation skills and attention to detail.

6. Able to work on your own and as part of a team.

7. Comfortable working in a busy environment.

8. Knowledge of flooring products or the flooring industry would be an advantage.
