Job Overview:

Scheduler position for Group Resource Management. Resource Management are a team of people sourcing experts. Our focus and priorities are to provide strategic resourcing solutions to service our customers and our business.

Location: Hatfield (AL10 9TW)

Rate: £13.45 per hour (PAYE) OR £17.45 per hour (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company), in-scope IR35Contract Length: 3 Months

Hours: Monday to Friday (09:00 AM - 05:30 PM)

Main Responsibilities

• Experience of relevant business systems e.g. SAP, good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
• Plans & organises own workload.
• Able to multitask and prioritise workload.
• Proven experience of high standards of customer service.
• Good administrative experience, attention to detail, ensures accuracy of data, provides data for reporting and processing of information.
• Excellent interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• It is proactive and able to deal with the demands of a busy role at times.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Adapts own behaviour, style, or language according to the needs of the situation or audience.
• Can actively participate in, develop, and thrive in a team atmosphere to deliver excellence.
