One of the people we work for is looking for a Support Worker to join her team in the Coatbridge area. The role involves supporting an independent woman to live the life she chooses by assisting with day-to-day tasks, attending appointments and activities, maintaining social connections and participating in community life. Duties include providing some personal care, supporting with household tasks and meal preparation, accompanying the person on days out and social activities, and promoting independence, choice and control at all times. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to build a positive working relationship and make a genuine difference to someone's quality of life.
