Job Description

As a Care Assistant, you will provide a blend of practical support and meaningful companionship. Your daily duties will include:

Personal Care: Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.

Daily Living: Meal preparation, medication assistance, and light household tasks.

Companionship: Building strong relationships, emotional support, pet care, and accompanying clients to social outings or appointments.

Full-Time Working Hours

This is a dedicated full-time position designed to provide consistency for both you and our clients. To support our clients' daily routines, your schedule will include a variety of shifts across:

Mornings, Afternoons, and Evenings

Alternate Weekend Availability: Flexibility to work every other weekend is essential to ensure continuous care.

Why it works: We prioritise regular clients to ensure continuity of care. You will even receive paid introductions to your clients before your first official care visit so you can start building a bond right away.

Pay & Benefits

Competitive Pay: £13.50 to £15.00 per hour

Paid Travel Time: You are compensated for the time you spend traveling between clients.

Mileage Allowance: 45p per mile.

Holiday & Pension: 28 days of paid holiday and enrollment in our company pension scheme.

No Experience Needed: Full, comprehensive training is provided. We hire for attitude and train for skill!
