New Resource Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established business in Chippenham for reliable and hardworking Mailroom / Post Opening Operatives to join their busy office environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for consistent weekday hours and a temporary position through to late January 2027.

The Role

As a Mailroom / Post Opening Operative, you will play an important part in the day-to-day running of the business, working within a busy office environment. The role will involve handling incoming post and supporting the wider mailroom operation.

We are looking for candidates who are:

Reliable and punctual

Comfortable working in a busy office environment

Able to follow processes and instructions accurately

Organised and detail-oriented

Available to work Monday to Friday for the duration of the assignment

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 16:00

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure regular weekday work with an established organisation in Chippenham.
