Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for a Contracts Coordinator and Scheduler to join our Electrical team.

What you’ll achieve in the role:

The overall purpose of this role is to assist with successful delivery of contracts, for both reactive and planned works in a deadline and process driven environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all contracts managed by the Electrical Manager and Team are delivered on time.
• Liaising with contractors and scheduling in maintenance and reactive works.
• Raising work orders for the contractors’ portal.
• Rasing and goods receipting purchase orders for the Electrical Manager.
• Updating RHT in house system/IPC with compliance certification to ensure compliance is maintained.
• Keep detailed records on the status of works that are being carried out by contractors, produce accurate reports for contractors/Electrical Manager, and health & safety related works.
• Collaborate with Customer Services by allocating ad hoc repairs to contractors, and to take ownership of customer requests, queries, and schedules.

What you’ll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

• Excellent administration skills, including planning and record keeping.
• Strong IT skills, ideally with knowledge of housing management IPC and Field Services.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with colleagues and customers.
• A responsive, customer-focused attitude for positive benefits to residents, colleagues, and stakeholders.
You will also share our values: earning trust by being open and accountable, listening with an open mind, working collaboratively, and caring about making things better.
DBS clearance will be required for this role.
