Job title: Personal Assistant

Location: Aberaeron (Work to be undertaken at this location)

Hours of work: 6 hours per week Tuesday and Wednesday.

Rate of pay £14.00 per hour.

Introduction:

I am a lady who has dementia and looking for some help in my day to day activities. I enjoy going out to places like Garden Centres to look at and buy plants and to take them home to plant in the garden. I also like going out for coffee and cake.

At home I like company to chat with and play board games, and on occasion help with meal preparation. Reminding me to drink during the day would be helpful.

Main Duties: To help me continue to get out and about and help with meal preparation.
