About

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Social Media Assistant to help grow our business across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong social media marketing skills, be confident creating engaging content, and have practical experience using AI-powered marketing and video generation tools.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity, technology, and digital marketing to drive audience growth and engagement. The job would be based at our location 110-114 High Street, Bloxwich, Walsall WS3 2DG.

Working two to three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media accounts including:

TikTok

Facebook

Instagram

LinkedIn

YouTube

Create engaging social media content, including short-form videos and promotional graphics.

Plan, schedule, and monitor content calendars.

Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Use AI tools to generate and enhance marketing content.

Create and edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

Monitor social media performance and provide regular reporting and recommendations.

Research market trends, competitors, and emerging AI technologies.

Assist with website content updates, email marketing, and other promotional activities.

Essential Requirements

Experience in digital marketing and social media management.

Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form video marketing.

Experience creating engaging video content that drives audience engagement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and proactively generate new content ideas.
