You'll work alongside Workshop Leaders across a variety of indoor and outdoor workshops, helping residents develop practical skills, explore their interests and take part in activities that promote independence, confidence and wellbeing. You will also help guide and supervise volunteers, setting a positive example of person-centred support and teamwork.
Our workshops offer a wide range of opportunities, including the farm, estate, gardens, craft, pottery, woodwork, horses and bakery.
