Location: Blamsters Farm, Halstead, CO9 1LR
Hours: Full-time 42 hours per week and Part-time 24 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)
Pay: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour (depending on qualifications)**

About the Service
The Coach House is a 2-bed residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.
People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including going to the zoo, going on a bus rides, swimming and bowling.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, learning disabilities, mental health and physical needs to live life their way.
You’ll:
Support independence and personal goals
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure
Entry Level – £13.00 per hour
NVQ Level 2 completed – £13.25 per hour
NVQ Level 3 completed – £13.50 per hour
