Due to continued growth, an experienced Events Manager is sought to lead the planning and delivery of spectacular events, ensuring every occasion exceeds client expectations and maintains the company's exceptional standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing events from planning through to delivery

• Coordinating wedding, corporate and cultural events

• Leading and motivating event and service teams

• Working closely with clients, venues, chefs and suppliers

• Overseeing food and beverage operations

• Ensuring exceptional guest experiences

• Managing budgets, staffing and event logistics

• Maintaining the highest service and presentation standards

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' experience in Events Management, Banqueting Management or Hospitality Operations

• Proven experience managing weddings, large celebrations or corporate events

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent organisational and communication abilities

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly

• Financial awareness and budget management experience

• Full right to work in the UK (Skilled Worker sponsorship may be considered for exceptional candidates)
