A Vacancy at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.


We are looking for a friendly and approachable individual to work as a administrator for both our Neuro Outpatient Physio and Community Rehabilitation Hub services.

This post will be split between Uckfield Community Hospital and Eastbourne District General Hospital in order to provide Reception cover and administrative support to both services.



The role will involve the provision of Reception cover at the Uckfield Community Hospital two days a week (Monday and Wednesday) in support of the Community Rehabilitation Hub.

The remainder of the time will be spent at Eastbourne District General Hospital dealing in support of the Neuro Outpatient Physio team.

General responsibilities will include the uploading of referrals, the booking of appointments and providing effective telephone support for patient queries.

Our extensive services are provided by 7000 + members of staff working from acute hospitals in Hastings and Eastbourne, three community hospitals in Bexhill, Rye and Uckfield, over 100 community sites and in people's own homes.

In 2020 the Care Quality Commission rated us as 'Good' overall, and 'Outstanding' for being caring and effective. The Conquest Hospital and our Community Services are rated 'Outstanding'. Eastbourne DGH rated 'Good'.
