Zero Hour Care Supervisor to support our friendly team at Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire

Help older adults live safely, independently, and with dignity — all in a secure and vibrant retirement community.

Pay and Hours

Day shifts: £16.78 per hour

Sleeping night shifts: £13.03 per hour

• Weekend premium:

Additional £1 per hour

Additional supplemental £11.25 per sleep shift

• Shifts: Flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts
• Scheduled in coordination with the Estate and Operations Managers

Your Role as a

Zero Hour Care Supervisor

As a Relief Duty Manager, you will:

• Support residents’ safety, wellbeing, and independence
• Respond to emergency calls during night shifts
• Oversee and assist with day-to-day care tasks
• Coordinate and support engaging social activities
• Foster a positive, welcoming environment for residents and staff

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a senior care role
• Minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A caring, friendly, and reliable attitude
• Team leadership experience is a bonus
