You'll provide strengths‑based, individually tailored support that reflects each woman's goals, hopes, and aspirations. Working alongside customers, you'll help them feel safe, supported, and truly valued, making sure they have the widest opportunities to grow, build confidence, and enhance their lives.

  • Help customers understand and manage risks safely, encouraging positive risk‑taking that supports confidence, wellbeing and personal growth - always in partnership with other support agencies.

  • Play an active role in referrals and risk assessments, helping the team maintain a safe, supportive environment for customers, colleagues and the building by following good practice and safeguarding guidance.

  • Build positive relationships with customers and wider partners, helping the service grow, develop and continue delivering the best possible support.

  • Support customers to connect with their local community, build new networks and explore opportunities in volunteering, training, education and employment.

  • Be a strong advocate for our customers, taking the time to understand their lived experiences and ensuring their voices guide the support they receive.
