Adult Support Worker
Based in Bungay, Suffolk
Days and Nights Available | Full-time & Part-time Roles

Are you a compassionate individual who wants to make a real difference? Meridian Business Support is seeking a Adult Support Workers to join a dedicated care team in Bungay, Suffolk offering night shifts and day shifts with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to residents, helping them maintain dignity, independence, and a fulfilling daily life.

Your Role: As a Support Worker, you’ll work as part of a focused and caring team. You will:

- Provide high-quality personal care, supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing
- Promote independence and respect the dignity of each resident
- Assist with general daily activities and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Support the team in maintaining consistently high standards of care
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and their families

Skills & Attributes:

- A caring and patient nature
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Previous experience in a care role is desirable – but not essential as full training can be provided
