Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance organizational performance. Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis to support decision making processes within the organization. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and metrics related to clinical data. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in clinical data analysis to ensure the organization remains competitive and efficient. Train staff efficiently on how to use data, set up procedure's and protocols for staff to use in their roles. Compare data and show trends of change.
